Developed sales program for associates. Handled all marketing efforts including negotiating radio, print, outdoor, TV and online advertising. Key partnerships include TECHEXPO, HireTech and Professional Exchange Career Fairs; The Metro, Computer User and NY Post Newspapers; WMMR, WMGK, NJ 101.5, Y-100 and WYSP radio stations. Helped the company receive over $750,000 worth of advertising while spending only $150,000 through barter relationships in companies first year. JobCircle was named one of the top 50 Job boards in the country by CareerXRoads in 2nd year of existence and for 3 years following. Developed a Career Fair Division for the company in 2003 and quickly became the largest Career Fair company in the Delaware Valley/NJ area producing over 20 high quality events per year with revenues near $2 million.
