The Development Associate’s (known in the for profit world as a Business Development Associate) job entails developing new clients for IAVA social enterprise.  The essential responsibilities include lead generation, managing leads through close CRM, proposal writing, and detailed reporting. Accomplishments – Reconfigured documented history of organization from paper to digital in 6 months.  Called back by senior management to help shut down operations of the hospital in April of 2009

  •  Responsible for coordination and oversight of the Medical Staff Organization, a not for profit 5013c,  including physician and allied health credentialing and re-credentialing, meeting management, flow of information from medical staff committees through the Medical Executive Committee and the Governing Board.
