Legal Administrator/Ammunition Technician/Corporal of Marines

Legal Administration- As a legal administrator in the U.S. Marine Corps i was resposible for properly

updating and maintaining a legal database for all of the Marines and Sailors adjudicated under the

Uniform Code of Military Justice, recorded court room sessions(court room recorder), read

and explained the miranda rights to the Marines and Sailors pending trial, generated and explained

wills and power of attourney's for the Marines and Sailors throughout the company, created power

points and briefed superior officials in regards to the legal/criminal activity within the

company, maintained and filed administrative separations, Courts-Martial, Naval Criminal

Investigation Services (NCIS) investigations, Non-Judicial Punishments (NJP) and performed

general office/clerical duties.

Ammunition Technician- As an ammunition technition in the U.S. Marine Corps i was responsible

for properly updating and maintaining a weapon/ammunition database for all of the weapons/

ammunition accounted for within the company's armory, distributed ammunition/weapons to Marines

and Sailors, properly cleaned and assembled weapons within the armory, inventoried all weapons/

ammunition that was handed out and received on a daily basis and provided daily and nightly security.

Corporal of Marines- As a Corporal of Marines I was directly responsible and in charge of ten other

Marines within my company's platoon. Responsibilites included but was not limited to nightly and

daily accountability, delegating work, vehicle inspections, weapon inspections, hygiene inspections,

room inspections, providing moral and professional support, regulating height and weight standards,

teaching Marine Corps Martial Arts and was responsible for leading, creating and ordering daily

exercise routines.
