Jo Lynn is one of the most insightful, competent and gifted professionals I've known.  Having had a personal commitment myself to the success of many organizations, and as a consultant to businesses in a diverse array of industries, I feel she would be a significant asset to any company.

From an external (vendor) point of view, she represents the quality of internal professional with whom I would clearly want to work and form a productive relationship.

Among Jo Lynn’s many talents and excellent characteristics are her professionalism, her sense of initiative, and her engaging personality.

I consider Jo Lynn a mentor. I entered my role at CSUN right out of graduate school, stepping into a relatively senior position with little experience. Jo Lynn, who had substantially more experience and could easily have let me struggle, had a gracious way of making herself available for my inevitable questions. She patiently answered them in a way that helped to build my own confidence and made me feel as if I were solving my own problems.

Jo Lynn’s knowledge of her field as well as her overall sense of professionalism is exceptional. She has a solid understanding of individual learners and organizational clients, as well as the knowledge, skills and collaborative mindset needed to develop sustainable programs.

I also have high regard for Jo Lynn’s skills as a leader and manager of internal operations. While at CSUN, she led an extensive redesign of the college’s programming process. This not only strengthened programming operations; it also saved resources by allowing the college to integrate its operations with the campus student records system.

I am confident that Jo Lynn will be well-regarded and appreciated by colleagues and others throughout the organization.

Jo Lynn is an expert in adult learning and training methodology. We have worked together for the past eight years, four of which have been at Fiserv XP2. I was so impressed with Jo Lynn's skill set, her dedication to professional associations and continued learning that I recommended she join the Fiserv team.

She holds a Doctorate in Education and consistently demonstrates her breadth of knowledge in learning and performance throughout the organization. She is able to look outside the box and with her wealth of expertise implement, direct and manage top notch strategies in learning and performance.

I cannot put into words what an asset Jo Lynn is to any organization and highly suggest you don’t miss the opportunity to work with her.

Jo Lynn is a person of broad vision. She is able to come to a department, see its real value to the enterprise, and build on that value. She is always willing to do the necessary job, large or small, to support her coworkers, fill a gap or meet a need. This includes stepping in to another leadership role and successfully guiding another project to completion on an emergency basis. She keeps up to date on the industry and encourages her staff to do the same.

Jo Lynn and I spent several years working together on the Board of Directors for the Los Padres Chapter of ASTD (American Society for Training and Development). During this time we got to know each other quite well and we have remained friends. Jo Lynn is a very intelligent and talented leader and manager and also a pleasure to work with. She is one of the most courageous people that I know; there is little she can't do if she puts her mind to it.

Most people say that they adapt well to change but they really don't. In Jo Lynn's case, she embraces change with enthusiasm and manages it for a successful outcome. She's a "big picture" strategic visionary who can also manage the tactical processes. If you "look outside the box" you'll find Jo Lynn sitting there, planning her next extraordinary move. I can't say enough good thingsabout Jo Lynn here, but if you want to hear more just let me know at [email protected]

Jo Lynn has served as a most valued performer for over five years. She continues to sustain a high level of respect from peers and executives for her insight regarding operations, her knowledge of the continuing education profession, her assertiveness in addressing issues, her business judgment, her project management, her meticulous attention to the continuous improvement of organization processes, and her willingness to collaborate as a mentor and as a partnering colleague.

I consider Jo Lynn to be among the top 5% of individuals in technical competence, learning demonstration, analytical skills, ethics, and skills of presentation with whom I have worked.

I without reservation recommend Jo Lynn to your consideration.
