Responsible for defining the implementation and operational support strategy of the Health System’s Ambulatory and Emergency Department EHRs.

§Governing multiple teams, including vendors, in the development of overall strategy, project plans, budgetary models, implementation schedules, and resourcing requirements to sustain simultaneous projects to convert 180+ ambulatory practices, 800+ physicians, multiple emergency departments, and 3500+ clinical users from paper-based charting to fully integrated EHR systems

§Participated in development of contracts, detailed plans, and integration specifications to enable the integration of Health System data into the local RHIO in support of meeting meaningful use requirements

§Developed policies, procedures, and operational support guidelines for ambulatory and emergency department EHR systems
