Summary

I’m fortunate to have participated in two explosive growth business sectors during my career in management, business development, and sales. Both industries have changed our society in fundamental ways.From 1994 to 2007 I worked in the mortgage banking industry with such companies as HSBC (Household Finance Corporation), Countrywide, Wells Fargo, and Flagstar Bank. I was directly contributing to business development, management, operations, underwriting, and sales. From 2005 to the present I've worked with mobile communications and technology companies such as Verizon Wireless, DirectTV, FiOS, and Wireless Zone, also doing business development, operations and sales. I’m open to opportunities that may present themselves in new areas of personal growth and development.  I am a high energy, intelligent individual with a great need for achievement and social equality.

If an opportunity that is mutually beneficial is made available, we (Principle Management) have prepared for my full time departure from Pro Cell LLC and have groomed potential candidates within our work force to assume the day to day operational and administrative duties for which I am currently responsible. Accomplishments:-Increased revenue from just under $600,000 in 2007 to $960,000 in 2011 and projecting to exceed  $1,000,000 in 2012.-Established an e-commerce website to provide a cost effective way to recover monies on devices and products returned by customers of Pro Cell and All Pro Cellular. The site functioned as an outlet to quickly remove inventory that no longer met the standards of “NEW” or “CURRENT” at discounted prices. This site improved cash flow and inventory aging. -Recommended and successfully consolidated two retail locations into one, while maintaining 100% of the sales volume, and reducing fixed costs by 20-30% company wide.  -Created a permission database of over 10,000 local residents through community outreach events and client interviews. I maintain a compliant database that meets the requirements of The Federal Trade Commission DNC standards. I’ve used my database to communicate local public service announcements prior to community events, business related contracts, and service specific reminders via Voice broadcast, SMS broadcast, and telemarketing services.-Created and developed the Wireless Zone of Clifton Learning Center.

-Developed working relationships with multiple local Non Profit organizations to maximize their cash savings on their telecom expenses, realizing a savings of over $25,000 annually. This allowed them to fund additional programs.
