I am an experienced Real Estate professional with a successful Property Management track record. I began my career in Property Management in 2007 working for J. Milton & Associates. In 2008 I became a licensed Real Estate Sales Associate concentrating mostly in residential leases and rentals. Having demonstrated my business acumen, excellence and strategic planning ability, I accomplished to be one of the top producers reaching a goal of more than fifty rentals in a period of four consecutive months in the year of 2009.

I utilized diverse property sales and rental tactics, including qualification, persuasion, strategy, proposal and closing. Armed with solid communication and interpersonal skills, I established and maintained rapport of my clients. I participated in numerous Real Estate seminars, property development presentations, served as a time share consultant and leasing consultant.

In 2010 I commenced employment with Rilea Group where I was given the most thorough grounding in all aspects of property management. Along with Property Manager and mentor Gio Barberena, we achieved 100% occupancy rate in One Broadway, a luxury, high rise building in Miami, developing my critical thinking, soft skills and strong business ethics. I bring my outstanding leadership experience along with my notable confident personality to any company. Along with that I bring my strong closing strategies and my collaborative approach to lead others. My knowledge on how to increase productivity and aptitude to foster a learn-oriented environment will make the company succeed in all aspects.
