Developed materials, negotiated deals, wrote deal memos and supervised all stages of the contracts while looking for creative ways to improve deals for my clients outside of the “boilerplate” agreements. Responsible for daily and routine operations of running an entertainment business including overseeing client and operational accounting, creating and maintaining relationships with the guilds and the federal, state and local governments which oversee operations of agencies.
