(Under the guidance of Vice Chair and Chief Administrative Officer, Marc Halman)Gained a broad knowledge base of healthcare operations in the following areas: Leadership, Clinical Operations, Marketing, Financial Management & Budgeting, Strategic Planning & Human Resources.- Worked on several projects for the CAO including:- Utilization of physician E/M coding, billing practices, and marketing initiatives.- Completed Hepatology divisional overview which encompassed interviewing the Division Chief, Sr. Div.
