Justin Babin

Attending high school in Guelph, Ontario I received the Arts award at St.James high. After graduating I then attended Seneca college for 3D digital animation before moving to Peterborough, Ontario.  There I  hosted numerous art shows under the name "ART BREAK". I am currently attending Humber College for Advertising and Graphic design.

One thing I try to communicate with my design is a specific message. Coming from a urban graffiti background I found myself producing work that was very "busy" on the page. Through my current studies I am taking a more minimalist approach and focusing more on the communication then the decoration.

My objective as a Art director/Graphic designer is to push myself into new areas of creativite exploration, and using the experiences of my life to communicate my work.

Some of my interests include drawing, painting, listen to music, sports, and socializing with friends and family.

As a designer I am current very interested in type, not only the use of type in a layout but as the actual design of the letter forms themselves. Having the ability to control every element in your design, allows you to communicate your overall message more efficiently.
