Headed by Chairman Jay Zises, A Cap, Inc., assists high-net-worth clients with business investment opportunities. With offices in New York, the company has helped raise capital for such companies as LawCash, a firm which offers financing services to the legal industry; UniRush, LLC, a part of which was recently purchased by The Carlyle Group; Small World Media, a news organization focused on sports; Associated Capital LP, a prominent hedge fund; and Esquire Bank, which was established by Jay Zises and several of his investment partners. A father of four and grandfather of six, Jay Zises is of Polish descent and lives in his hometown of New York City. Before embarking on his professional career, he attended New York University and received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History.
