Jay Zises

Headed by Chairman Jay Zises, A Cap, Inc., assists high-net-worth clients with business investment opportunities. With offices in New York, the company has helped raise capital for such companies as LawCash, a firm which offers financing services to the legal industry; UniRush, LLC, a part of which was recently purchased by The Carlyle Group; Small World Media, a news organization focused on sports; Associated Capital LP, a prominent hedge fund; and Esquire Bank, which was established by Jay Zises and several of his investment partners. Prior to accepting the position of Chairman at A Cap, Inc., he acted as the Chairman of the Executive Committee at Integrated Resources for nearly 20 years. In this role, he co-pioneered the firm’s life insurance and variable annuity products. Outside of his professional career, Jay Zises helps others by dedicating his spare time to HELP USA (Housing Enterprise for the Less Privileged) and the soup kitchen of The Episcopal Church of the Heavenly Rest. He also supports the Development Corporation for Israel/State of Israel Bonds, the Friends of the Israel Defense Forces, and the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC). A father of four and grandfather of six, Jay Zises is of Polish descent and lives in his hometown of New York City. Before embarking on his professional career, he attended New York University and received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History.
