New Business Coordinator / Office Technician
- Assist in life insurance, annuity, and investment production including processing new business, agent preparation, and underwriting
- Design spreadsheets for new business, agent weekly production, supply ordering, contacts, etc.
- Interact with medical facilities and third-party vendors to acquire necessary client records
- In-depth knowledge of all insurance software programs to assist and train new agents
- Field agency's key-person for company's upgrade to Office 2007
- Responsible for all computer-related problems including printers and network troubleshooting
