As President of The Complementary Medicine Association (CMA), the world’s largest professional membership body for those who practice complementary and integrated medicine, Jayney Goddard also acts as the Editor for The CMA’s medical journal, With Our Complements. As a complementary medicine provider based in London, Jayney Goddard is a respected author and journalist who regularly contributes to journals, magazines, and other media around the world. Additionally, Jayney Goddard serves as a Founding Member and sits on the Advisory Board for the 2011 Integrative Healthcare Symposium, which will be held from March 4 - 6, 2011, in New York. Topics of interest for the symposium will include nutrition, integrative oncology, endocrinology, and brain and mind health. Jayney Goddard serves as a member of the Advisory Board for the Health Food Manufacturers’ Association (HFMA), and she is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Medicine. She is a frequent and poular presenter and guest on television and radio and has contributed to many mainstream channels including the BBC, and Jayney Goddard has been a regular columnist for The Daily Express. Jayney Goddard acts as The Complementary Medical Expert for Discovery Health. While her practice in London keeps her busy, Jayney Goddard receives invitations to travel around the world and lecture on the benefits of complementary medicine. Her initial induction to the world of complementary medicine came when Jayney Goddard studied at The London School of Classical Homeopathy. Her postgraduate work involved studying under one of the world’s leading psychotherapists, Norman Vaughton, graduating with a Diploma in psychoanalysis and hypnotherapy. Lastly, Jayney Goddard sponsors a complementary medicine environment where all practitioners are treated as professionals and complementary medical, holistic and natural healthcare approaches are - where correctly and appropriately offered - viewed as a viable adjunct to conventional medical care.
