Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Oceansoft International, a large offshore IT service provider with revenues of $150M and delivery capability in China and India, Responsibilities included creation and execution of the U.S. sales and marketing plan, sales forecasts, pipeline management, CRM and sales tool selection, management of pursuits, value review boards, lead generation, prospect qualification, gathering requirements, coordination and turnover with the delivery team and initial account relationship planning.
- Directed all aspects of sales and marketing for the Americas Region (US, Canada, Latin America).
- Responsible for creating alliances with large service providers to create a global delivery network.
- Lead the pursuit of a Fortune 50 PC maker that produced a Relationship Master Agreement and a small 12-month Task Order worth $2.5M. Executing an account relationship plan that will generate add on business by $10 - $15M over the next 12 – 14 months.
