My role is to assist and train our new clients for their first month with Fonality's PBX system. *Online activation of a newly purchased PBX System *Hosting online/ one to one training with customers in order to familiarize them with how to set up and customize their phone system based * Continuously optimization of e-learning procedures, resources and tools to improve results and minimize tecnical complaints from our customers. Job Descroption I was apart of the first batch for this newly formed department for Fonality. My role applies to external relationships of our company that majority deals with SMB's up to large corporations and franchised businesses. I assist and guide our clients in the process of activating their new PBX system and customizing it's functions to meet their business needs. I also train all levels of position in a company on how to use their new phone system which normally starts with the administrators, managers, and owners down to their users or front line employees. During my employment I was assigned to handle two of the largest accounts in the business (State Farm and All State Insurance Agencies). I also functioned as a subject matter expert in my department.
