Dr. Jay Calvert laid the foundation for his medical career as an undergraduate at Vanderbilt University, where he majored in molecular biology and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in 1990. From there, Dr. Jay Calvert attended Weill Cornell Medical College, where he studied medicine and surgery and obtained his Doctor of Medicine in 1994. Dr. Jay Calvert continued his training at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine, where he pursued coursework in general surgery and plastic surgery. Today, Dr. Jay Calvert oversees his own private practice in Beverly Hills, California, where he specializes in facelifts, secondary rhinoplasty, body contouring, and breast surgery. Dr. Jay Calvert also serves as Medical Director of the Roxbury Clinic. In addition, he functions as an Associate Physician on the staff of Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. He holds an appointment as a faculty member at the University of Southern California, where he serves as an Assistant Clinical Professor. Dr. Jay Calvert is board certified by The American Board of Plastic Surgery, Inc. He frequently appears on television as an expert commentator on plastic surgery.
