With more than 40 years of experience, Dr. Jayant Bhalerao brings to the health care field a distinguished record in cardiology. As a student at the University of Indore in India, Dr. Jayant Bhalerao earned the highest score in pathology in the school’s 150 year history. Dr. Jayant Bhalerao’s other academic achievements include earning second place in the order of merit for the final Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) examination. In addition, Dr. Jayant Bhalerao received a Silver Medal for his performance in anatomy and a Gold Medal for his work in pathology. Dr. Jayant Bhalerao is board-certified in cardiology and internal Medicine, and he serves as a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology and a Fellow of the Council on Clinical Cardiology. For his outstanding contributions to the field, the Consumers’ Research Council of America chose Dr. Jayant Bhalerao as one of America’s Top Cardiologists. Dr. Jayant Bhalerao currently serves as Medical Director of Excellent Health Care Services, Inc., in Orland Park, Illinois. At this institution, Dr. Jayant Bhalerao oversees the Cardiology, Non-Invasive Laboratory, where he is responsible for analyzing and interpreting the results of diagnostic tests. Dr. Jayant Bhalerao works with a wide array of current medical technologies, including echocardiograms, Holter monitors, and stress tests. Before joining Excellent Health Care Services, Inc., Dr. Jayant Bhalerao worked as Chief of Medical Staff and Chief of Cardiology at Galesburg Cottage Hospital in Illinois.
