Design and construction of 27. 4 miles of 10” & 8” steel transmission main and an 860' river bore. Estimated at $10. 7 million, completed for $10. 2 million. Design and construction of 19 miles of 4” & 2” PE main services and 845 meter sets. Estimated at $4. 1 million, completed on schedule for $3. 5 million. Marketing responsibilities for distribution build outs that encompassed customer financing agreements for infrastructure and appliance conversion to natural gas.

Successful litigation & negotiation of a myriad of legal challenges in 3 separate jurisdictions. Completed for $58. 3 million. Design, contracting, permitting and construction of 14 miles of 42” pipeline. Estimated at $39. 4 million, completed for $38. 3, one month ahead of schedule. Interconnection of various power plants to the transmission system with feeder lines, ultrasonic metering, communications and flow control. Design, contracting, permitting & execution of: various transmission pipeline relocations, Upgrades and Reinforcements in Bakersfield and North Bay areas of CA.
