This course involves completing a number of reports and presentations. It entails a great deal of group work and team work, due to this time management and delegation of work are essential skills to have and develop in order to complete work to a high standard.
I chose this course in order to gain experience working with real companies with real issues. To date, I have had experience in researching and developing social media strategies with the aim of creating brand awareness and attracting new clientele, conducting a brand audit with the aim of re-branding and attracting new business and have now experienced been appointed Marketing Adviser in order to analyses and identify gaps in services with the aim of developing a new strategy to enhance customer experiences and services
