Entrepreneur More than 7 years' experience including 3 years exposure to Tier-3 skills.

Excellent analytical and problem solving skills coupled with very strong English language communication skills.
Have been responsible for day-to-day systems management, providing Tier 3 level support for Windows &VMware systems in a Production Environment.
Have provided a very high level of Windows & VMware expertise in support of Incident, Change, Patch, and Problem management.
Be able to diagnose and resolve all types of OS issues independently and with teams.
Interact with other technical and project teams; including external vendors, customer, data center staff, network, storage, application, and client teams.
Write documentation on policies, change procedures, and best practices to address issues.
Independently resolve technical and/or project issues, escalating when necessary.
Desirable to have all round experience in multiple operating systems (MS VMM, Android, Mac and Windows), reasonable familiarity with storage, network and databases.
