• Responsible for Quality team assistance in doing various projects. (green belt, blackbelt projects) • Performed comprehensive and personal financial planning, with a focus on researching and analyzing all aspects of client revenue projections and executing conversion plans designed to increase and maintain revenue streams. • Compiled, maintained, and updated administrative policies and procedures for the administrative manual. • Created trust accounts for incoming plans, including coordination and trading of assets to maintain all cash reconciliations as well as asset and trust to records reconciliation and reporting. • Assisted in the hands on training and development of all new employees. • Responsible for the doing quality audit for processing of all terminations, final lump sum and leave of absence loan repayments, loan defaults, loan & shares reconciliations, minimum required distributions, and beneficiary designations using fusion Financial Analysis • Diligently reviewed and analyzed all aspects of incoming plans by researching existing plan documents, trust arrangements & service agreements. • Compiled data for financial reports and conducted comprehensive analysis of reports. • Actively tracking between current and prior custodians & providing updation • Supervised client accounts by diligently managing asset and record transfers, creating plan on wyprod systems, uploading conversion records, and reconciling assets received. • Maintained client correspondence, records of logging and tracking processes, and annual reports on all special processing and retroactive cases. • Creating backup plans for team & also allocating daily target • Use to conduct process training for new hires (many got star award in initial month) • Provided with One Lean idea (Process improvement), which were implemented after client approval.
