As a managing partner with Hanold Associates, Jason Hanold initially meets with clients to assess their needs and determine their organizational objectives. After initiating the search process, he delivers timely critical perspectives from the market, which helps to guide strategy and inform important human capital moves. Over the years, he has worked with a broad range of CEOs, heads of talent acquisition, and chief human resources officers (CHROs) to shore up human resources function. In recent years, Jason Hanold has played a major role in successful searches for chief HR officers, chief diversity officers, organizational development directors, total rewards, and many more. In terms of clientele, the firm has worked with some of the biggest names in the U.S. marketplace, ranging from Google and Coca-Cola to Nike and the Harley-Davidson Motor Company.

 

Jason Hanold received a bachelor of science in interpersonal communications from Illinois State University. A graduate of the Northwestern University School of Communications, he spent the early years of his career as the Americas director of executive leadership recruiting with Deloitte Consulting.
