  • Communicate with managers and employees regularly to establish rapport, gauge morale, and source new candidate leads.
  • Sourcing, interview, screening and select candidates for clients.
  • Coordinates interview for clients and candidates.
  • Preparation of Confirmation of Order (COO)  and candidate's contracts.

  • Dunning Singapore base customers.
  • Attending inbound calls from customers who revert to our notices, messages left by phone,
  • docket left by our field visit officers, inquiry on status of account, release letters,
  • Meet calls / contacts / PTPs / KPs target daily. - Maintain scorecard KPI > 100 every month.
  • Give solution for customers who struggle to arrange payments.
