  • Improved accuracy of the master project schedule through utilizing online project management tool (projectmanager.com) to monitor and control all task assignments
  • Significantly improved team’s communication in over 30 countries through the use of online communication tools (i.e. WebEx, Skype, SharePoint and Yammer)
