Key responsibilities: Manage all aspects of the customer relationship. This included pre-sale meetings with the regional sales reps acting as the technical advisor. Additionally, I was responsible for the continued upsell of all services to the accounts in the Southeast Region.  I was also responsible for the reporting of quarterly ROI reports and finding additional potential savings avenues that I would then report to the C-suite. I also managed the relationship with the third party logistics organization to ensure successful mobilizations of capital equipment. I was also tasked with reviewing utilization reports in order to find additional opportunities to mobilize capital assets for increased revenue based on the realization of increased utilization of specific assets. About COHEALO: Technology company that helps health systems share medical equipment across facilities, so they can optimize spend, accelerate cash flow, and improve access to care.
