Customer Success Manager
Key responsibilities: Manage all aspects of the customer relationship. This included pre-sale meetings with the regional sales reps acting as the technical advisor. Additionally, I was responsible for the continued upsell of all services to the accounts in the Southeast Region. I was also responsible for the reporting of quarterly ROI reports and finding additional potential savings avenues that I would then report to the C-suite. I also managed the relationship with the third party logistics organization to ensure successful mobilizations of capital equipment. I was also tasked with reviewing utilization reports in order to find additional opportunities to mobilize capital assets for increased revenue based on the realization of increased utilization of specific assets.
