Was the primary driver for an in-depth social media campaign that included efforts on Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and YouTube.  Grew our Facebook fan presence to over 1,500 members in less than six months using true, organic strategies and a strong emphasis on content and customer engagement.  Responsible for efforts, alongside our Milwaukee location, that led to being honored as a Top 10 Twitter Brand according to  Also responsible for more traditional marketing strategies that aligned with our referral model of marketing including list management, development of specific customer segments, creative street marketing tactics and diligent community involvement and relationship building.

Responsible for all operations and marketing components of the team and company including the scheduling of all events, coordination of travel, apparel sales, team recruitment, accounting, budgeting, ordering, and all coaching duties. Grew the organization to include multiple teams representing different age and skill levels. Prepare and oversee an annual travel and boarding budget of nearly $80,000 for upwards of three teams and 75+ athletes and coaches.

Responsible for all day-today operations of the company including directing all sales, marketing, accounting, branding, human resources, budgeting, strategic planning, and implementation of programs ranging from one on one private lessons to several hundred person camps. Grew operations to encompass programming for boy’s and girl’s of all ages 12 months of the year.  Responsible for negotiating an exclusive contract with the premier sports facility in the area.  Grew and managed a robust social media presence as well as oversaw the development of a large E-Mail distribution list.
