Brookings-Harbor Food Bank

Oversaw, organized and managed the day-to-day operations of a community food distribution program, including child hunger program for Brookings, Oregon. Established and implemented comprehensive evaluation strategy, inventory control, efficient ordering processes, new fund acquisition, food drives, donor development and grant applications. Collaborated on the development of program standards, strategies and materials for the long term success of the food distribution process. Established a positive volunteer environment with active recruitment and reward schemes. Provided recommendations for new programs to reach underserved populations.
