Resource and People Management 

Responsible for the day-to-day activities and guidance of team members ensuring high-quality project deliverables. Setting targets, implementing guidelines, and resolving operational issues the employees may have. Recruitment, Interviewing, hiring, training, development, and assimilation of staff to meet the business forecast. Ensuring the development of a competent workforce to meet growth plans. Client Portfolio Management

Monitor, track, manage and ensure resolution of all client complaints, issues, and concerns; Ensure all service failures are identified, tracked, and resolved in a timely manner; Accountable for effective management of certain key clients assigned to my portfolio. Key point of contact for client escalations and issue resolution comprising understanding of the client needs, working styles, and adapting organizational methods to suit client requirements.  Performance and Compensation Management

Providing Objective feedback in conjunction with 360 degree feedback to accommodate the "Bell Curve" performance assessment style for PMDs; coordinate and monitor progress  to ensure achievement of Project Management goals; Complete, thorough, timely, and well documented performance evaluations and interim progress reviews; Establish and monitor performance objectives for direct reports and take corrective action when appropriate; ensure appropriate succession planning for each role within the department; Handling compensation management to accommodate promotions and annual hikes.

Project Management

To perform client servicing; develop and present clinical laboratory presentations at Investigator meetings;develop Imaging Charter, Independent Review Charter, Masked Read Manual, and Site Procedure Manual; design project specific logs, documents, and guidelines as per sponsor requirements;ensure smooth working and completion of all core lab activities throughout the Project Life Cycle

Line Management and Core Lab Administration

To conduct routine training of Core Lab Staff on all imaging modalities; Manage a team of 3 Imaging Analysts, and 3 Associate Project Managers oversee their working; conduct routine project meetings with the Belgian team, protocol/site trainings, conduct 1:1 meeting to provide feedback to project team; Coordinate with PMs as well as Data Managers at the Belgium facility to facilitate smooth project execution and completion; To complete routine administrative tasks in a timely manner (e.g., timesheets, invoices, metrics)

Site Management

To perform site evaluation, validation, and approval based on dummy image analysis; site training on Image acquisition & transfer protocol, protocol requirements, and Core Lab guidelines;assist the site by providing technical support for queries related to specific user manuals, image acquisition, & transfers.

Data Management

To perform all imaging data monitoring and imaging data QC activities; review DTFs & imaging data in-house; generate data queries in the form of Core Lab Quality Reports and resolve them; identify and report imaging analysis criteria violations; create the final database and data transfer according to sponsor guidelines and requirements.

Quality Assurance

To perform Quality Control/Quality Assurance of image and document data;ensure compliance of all core lab imaging softwares according to 21 CFR Part 11;ensure that the Imaging server isbacked up daily;complete all documentation and logs towards ISO requirements of a Project Life Cycle.

Project Management

To supervise all aspects of designated clinical projects; create and maintain laboratory manuals; develop and present clinical laboratory presentations at Investigator meetings; design specifications and monitor the production of specimen collection kits.

Site Management
