Manage the importation and exportation of machines and parts from US to Mexico and South America. Generate Purchase orders in SAP. Elaboration the sales order and quotation to the customer. Knowledge of the International Trade and commerce law for the importation or exportation of the goods ( Official Mexican Standards (NOM), Certificate of origin, VUCEM, etcetera).Delivery of timely documentation. Coordinate the delivery of merchandise to local customers. Contact directly with Custom brokers, suppliers 3PL, Sales, Project Managers and Customers. Follow up on the shipments. Update the current database in SAP. Run reports in daily basis. Basic Financial skills. Solving issues into the process. Achieve customer satisfaction. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Prepare invoices, shipping documents and contracts. Close Relationship with the Compliance area to ensure that all the procedures have been followed.
