Reporting to the CEO of this $50M private-equity backed software and solutions company servicing the Global 2000 with 4 supply chain management product lines via a Software-as-a Service model. Emptoris has successfully acquired and merged operations of 6 companies in the last 6 years and has significant offshore development in Pune, India.
Global responsibility for the creation and implementation of the company's people strategy. Built the department from the ground up. The company has grown from 250 employees to 500 employees globally through organic growth and acquisitions in the last three years. Focus areas include HR management, employee relations, customer service, recruitment, retention, succession planning, benefits, equity awards and administration, compliance and organization development and planning. Introduced multiple process- driven initiatives including an HRIS system. Also have the management, operations and staffing of other offices in Australia, India and Europe. Participate as an active member of the executive management team to develop and present programs in response to our strategic business needs as well as regular attendance and support of our Board of Directors. Implemented change management strategies to assist the growth. Designed and implemented a two tier succession planning program. Provided counsel to CEO on corporate restructuring efforts and employee communications. Participated and supported acquisitions by facilitating merger integration meetings; coordinated employee integration programs and managed all initiatives necessary to facilitate successful merger integrations.
