Emptoris has successfully acquired and merged operations of 6 companies in the last 6 years and has significant offshore development in Pune, India.

Global responsibility for the creation and implementation of the company's people strategy. Built the department from the ground up. The company has grown from 250 employees to 500 employees globally through organic growth and acquisitions in the last three years. Focus areas include HR management, employee relations, customer service, recruitment, retention, succession planning, benefits, equity awards and administration, compliance and organization development and planning. Introduced multiple process- driven initiatives including an HRIS system. Also have the management, operations and staffing of other offices in Australia, India and Europe. Responsible for the strategic, global human resources of this aggressive pre-IPO company. NetCracker grew organically from 250 employees to more than 1200 employees during my 3 year tenure. Built a strong in-house recruitment team to support significant ramp up of hiring in North America, Europe and Australia. Managed two HR teams in North America and Russia that had global responsibility for all HR, recruitment and Immigration. Employee retention increased significantly to 95% in second and third years of tenure. Provided executive coaching and team-building; designed and published all HR policies and programs; and established excellent communication practices. Led efforts to open new offices in London and Australia. Supported multiple restructuring efforts based upon the change in the organization due to growth. Designed and implemented a successful, interactive training and orientation program that was used across the company's operations in London, France, Sweden, Belgium, Boston, Sydney, Russia and Ukraine. Handled all administrative functions of the business, including travel, office management and facilities. Also had responsibility for customized training, channel sales, inside sales and marketing groups temporarily during my tenure. Business had significant offshore development presence in Eastern Europe. Company acquired by NEC.

Responsible for all benefits - health insurance, life insurance, 401k, employee assistance program and wellness program. Assessed all employee training needs and created a boot camp learning program that was successful across offices. Significant focus on recruitment and retention of human capital with strong rewards and recognition programs to support retention. Redesigned performance review practices and rolled out new initiatives. Assisted senior management team with compensation and budget forecasting. In addition had management responsibility for IT, PR and Finance of the global practice division. Company acquired by the Interpublic Group.
