Responsible for change management strategy and implementation for high and medium impact projects and programs. Selected Accomplishments:

  • Led IS cultural revolution by advancing IS employee capabilities and mindset to“ Give the Right Experience All the Time.” Resulting in improved interactions and perception with business employees increasing IS customer satisfaction rating from a 65% to 80%.
