Leading the Customer and Marketing experiences group that is responsible for building all of our customer and marketing experiences for all our business units across all digital and media channels,paid advertising, web platforms, social platforms, digital selling & scale, coupled with a robustmarketing technology stack and activated by real time data & Insights. Beyond customer and marketing experiences the CMX organization is responsible for sales and marketing alignment,sales and marketing automation, digital sales and lead pipeline management, and measuringbusiness attribution across outbound and inside sales.
Leading our Digital Marketing and Media organization in the APJ region, that builds strategy and execution plans that spans across people, process, data and technology. The DMM organization is chartered with the responsible for executing our Marketing strategy and Marketing experiences across consumers, enterprise customers, OEM partners, channel and retail partners, so as build higher brand affinity and increase purchase intent across our business lines. Also driving strategic partnership with business IT to deploy our global digital capability stack across publishing, analytics, advertising, web and social to give a targeted and personalized customer experiences across all our customer digital touch points.
Leading and executing overall account strategy, billings and marketing strategy for Toshiba, Sony and Fujitsu OEM customers. Working with internal business management group and owning all decisions from supply, pricing, product mix to marketing collaboration. Driving country alignment to regional APac account strategy and managing in-country sales and marketing. Co-develop innovative marketing and sales programs that meet customers and Intel’s business objectives. Drive the sales pipeline that facilitates development, tracking & closure of top deals and sales pipeline.
Develop online media adoption growth strategy for the 'Intel Inside Program' in APAC for year 2009 & beyond. Provide online integrated campaign guidance and support to field teams that manage partners. Manage and build strategic partnerships with worldwide and local online publishers and media houses. Provide tools, reports and analysis to field teams for better ROI analysis of digital investments.
I always bump into Jamshed at conferences, I’m there to soak up the knowledge and he is the powerful speaker on stage. A seasoned veteran (how does he maintain that youthful glow and electric curiosity about life?) of social and digital in APAC & Japan, Jamshed’s work at Intel has been incredibly inspiring for those of us that follow him as thought leader and the brand in their game changing social media innovations. We then got to work briefly on a small project with each other and his social agency extending the relationship further. A devoted family man who always inspires me with his work-life balance and love of the Singapore staycation to take power breaks between work projects; he’s now built and launched the Intel Digital Hub in APAC and Japan. His new move to take all digital and social in-house from Singapore with listening and amplification will be a catalyst for change in the region
