After studying at Anthony’s Real Estate School in San Diego, Jamilyn Beck went on to establish herself as a professional in the real estate field. Ms. Beck has over 10 years of experience in commercial real estate and over 15 years of experience in the mortgage industry. Ms. Beck is currently a Managing Partner at the Beck Finance Group in the Sarasota, Florida, area, where she handles a multimillion-dollar real estate portfolio on a monthly basis. In addition, Ms. Beck is responsible for client and lender communications, loan restructures, and short sales. Possessing in-depth knowledge of the real estate business, Jamilyn Beck has handled and negotiated hundreds of real estate loans and short sales, which have resulted in the purchasing and sales of over 100 properties. Jamilyn Beck is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. She is also a Certified Loss Mitigation Counselor, a Certified Short Sale Negotiator, and a member of Toastmasters International. Ms. Beck administers seminars dealing with a variety of topics, such as financial budgeting, real estate investing, and short sales. In her spare time, Ms. Beck is actively involved in charitable activities such as feeding the homeless and volunteering in a hospice. Jamilyn Beck also volunteers for the Make-A-Wish Foundation and Toys for Tots. She is a fitness enthusiast and stays fit through activities such as biking, running, and swimming. While attending the University of California, Irvine, Ms. Beck was a member of the debate team and the university’s Toastmasters club.
