As a part of coursework at Wayne State University, students were hand selected to work with Detroit-based marketing company Otto Detroit to power the Detroit Grand Prix's social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Periscope and YouTube).
Field Producer duties included but not limited to:
- Video coverage (shooting and editing) of events leading up to Race Day.
- Contributing content (pictures and videos) for the Grand Prix's Facebook, Twitter and Facebook pages.
- Creating video content for the Grand Prix's YouTube page.
- Coordinating guest and driver interviews.
