E-commerce, start-up beauty brand, began in 2012; assisting with CEO on managing package distribution, leasing coordination, social media, website and youtube content, on-line advertisement, investment and sponsorship relations and media public relations as well as personally used products on celebrity clients.
- Build brand desirability & develop marketing campaigns that supports GLC wholesale business goals.
Pitch and secure top-tier media opportunities including broadcast, print, online and social media coverage, interview requests and support makeup artist red carpet sponsorship opportunities, leveraging new launches and GLC Director of Artistry & Education.
Identify, cultivate and maintain meaningful relationships with a broad spectrum of editors, bloggers, makeup artists and influencers across YouTube, Instagram and other relevant platforms, utilizing Tribe Dynamics and other data sources.
Grow network of strong brand advocates through ongoing outreach and communication of new product launches & continuous product seeding.
Understand opportunities within territory and strategize with CEO to develop business plans for vendors to increase sales, planning special events to support brand marketing calendar as needed.
- Regularly monitor and track traditional and influencer social media coverage on Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram Stories and Snapchat, and compile necessary reports to be shared with internal teams and senior management on weekly basis.
Coordinate vendor relationships to create mailing materials for both product launches and ongoing brand campaigns as needed.
Responsible for managing and executing PR mailing programs, fulfilling product requests, inventory ordering, organization of PR closet and maintaining PR supplies (bags, labels, note cards, tissue, etc).
