Independent beauty brand, began in 2012; I assisted with CEO on managing package distribution, leasing coordination, social media, website and youtube content, on-line advertisement, investment and sponsorship relations and media public relations as well as personally used products on celebrity clients.
- Build brand desirability & develop marketing campaigns that supports GLC wholesale business goals.
- Drive and exceed territory sales goals by training freelance artist on selling behaviors, techniques and training for our vendors.
- Understand opportunities within territory and strategize with CEO to develop business plans for vendors to increase sales, planning special events to support brand marketing calendar as needed.
- EOM has organized beauty events to expose the brand to potential vendors, investors, sponsors, online/in-store stockholders.
- Orangized and build the company website, youtube and all social media outlets.
- EOM conneted with LA/NYC beauty bloggers, celebrity makeup artists and publicists with brand recognition and product placement.
- Handle marketing/PR and event budgets while being aware of competitors new launch dates.
