  • My overall responsibilities for improving the efficiency and accuracy for all the doors, including: performing sales analyses to inform order writing and allocation of product/collateral by door to make recommendations to all AE and AC; accurately key orders for basic, promotional and collateral items, create RM reports to effectively communicate allocations by door; ensure orders are uploaded in time to meet retailer ship dates & fulfill stock needs in a timely manner.
  • Create and streamline effective weekly and monthly sales analyses and reporting, including: sell through of products, key launches, sets, color collections and weeks of supply template.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to create efficiencies in reporting amongst the AE,AC and RM.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for Retail Managers and buying offices to communicate stock concerns, orders or other issues, resulting in elevated service and increased efficiencies in getting the correct stock in stores.
