Upgrade existing computers, software or hardware. Performing onsite portion of projects. Attain training and certification to increase competency, which increases individual value to the company. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by swiftly addressing their needs and concerns with eagerness and confidence. Build and maintain customer rapport by visting and checking in with them. Ensure site security to protect against theft and tampering by strangers or end users of the site. Track and locate lost or stolen equipment using monitoring agent. Perform maintenance at data center and update security clearance and credentials annually.
