Position as first bartender and event coordinator includes, but is not limited to, the following: designing event concepts, oversee event is planned accordingly, booking of talents, constant communication with venue owners to ensure clients are most satisfied, supervise other bar staff employees, maintain accuracy in register and tabs, pos usage, perform bartending skills with proficiency and energy, develop new drink recipes, take inventory for all used and full bottles, fill order slip for new orders, train new staff, and always prepared to problem solve while maintaining composure under pressure.
