Inbound call centre for and American online luxury goods website. Gilt works with vendors to provide high quality brands to the customer at the lowest cost possible. I Took calls for the first few months while on a probationary period and worked to meet production and quality targets, then I was quickly trained in all areas, assisted customers with refunds, lost packages, damaged or incorrect items. I Was assigned the role of Dropship Operator on nightshift which included handling escalated issues sent by standard CS agents and being the link between the vendor and customer.

Tuned and maintained instruments, audibles and visuals on shop floor. Worked to meet customer expectations, approached them with a friendly attitude to see what I could help with. Took note of stock and ran errands for manager when needed. Helped with delivery and installation.

Helped out when needed serving customers at the local rugby club's bar. Tasks included: Collecting and washing glasses, keeping counter tops and working area clean, assisted customers with positive friendly attitude.

— Worked as a Labourer and also worked with the inspection management team. Daily tasks included collecting drawings and assembling spools up to 16" in diameter. Worked on piping and skid systems for companies such as GSK, Pfizer, Pepsico etc. Inspected electro-polished piping and made sure piping and fittings met the required standards set by the customer.
