My Wireless AT&T 
  • Managed Accessory procurement for 90+ locations, including Markets in Los Angeles, San Diego, Northern California, Hawaii, Las Vegas, Texas, Chicago, and Puerto Rico.
  • Centralized Purchasing for all 90 stores to leverage buying power and control write-offs. Also, managed min/max replenishment levels, reviewed purchases, and transfers.
  • Managed the procurement side of accessories and worked with Distributors, such as AT&T (Genco), Tessco, Superior Communications, Brightstar, Technocel, and Voicecom, to secure merchandise. Developed and negotiated relationships based on Pricing, Terms, VIM (Vendor Managed Inventory), MDF (Marketing Development Funds), and VIR (Vendor Incentive Rebates)
  • Developed and executed accessory sales strategies, promotions, vendor trainings to increase sell through.
  • Increased attachment rate by almost 50% from 0.6 to 1.0, increased accessory sales per opportunity by 20%, and gross profit per opportunity by 25%, by eliminating Team Member discretionary discounting, creating successful bundle programs, and additional training.
  • Implemented an accessory basket project as part of complete sale process to provide a service opportunity to guests.
