Project Manager The project objective was to construct international airport of 5 million passengers with specific requirements and total budget of 500 million dollar. Identified and documented high level risks, assumptions and constraints using expert judgment. Developed the change management plan to define how changes will be handled. Managed a team of 20 professionals to achieve project goals in terms of cost and time Completed monthly progress report reviewed, approved and prepared daily measurement sheets. Safeguard to different design elements during reviewing and approval process Significant experience managing large infrastructure projects, directed large project teams, including on-boarding of team members, planning and prioritizing tasks, coaching and team building. Followed company procedures to maintain work environment in a neat and orderly condition. Provided outstanding customer service and satisfaction. Performed regular job site observations to provide direction for all general contractor personnel. Worked with construction administration consultants to plan field observations on schedule. Trained and promoted continued education for all onsite crew members.
