As founder and Chief Executive Officer of All•tech Carpentry Contractors LLC, Jalsa Urubshurow has turned this New Jersey-based contracting company into a leading player in the homebuilding industry. Since its inception in 1989, All•tech Carpentry Contractors has developed notable partnerships with such organizations as the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) and the New Jersey Builders Association. Jalsa Urubshurow and his company now not only produce quality homes in the Atlantic Tri-state area, but they also complete larger projects with the same standard of excellence for such clients as J.S. Hovnanian, Toll Brothers, and Millennium Homes. Jalsa Urubshurow and his team at All•tech Carpentry Contractors specialize in wood frame construction and contracting services for both commercial and residential properties. Also a supplier of materials for framing, the firm can expedite the building process, an added bonus for clients that also allows the company to construct thousands of homes annually. Because of his business’ ability to produce fast and efficient framing, his services were sought for two projects featured on Extreme Makeover: Home Edition. Other notable accomplishments of Jalsa Urubshurow and All•tech Carpentry Contractors include recognition from the NAHB Research Center in 2003. They were one of two recipients in the framing trade contractors' category of the award, and received Silver Award for Carpentry Contractors, the highest honor endowed by the NAHB Research Center that year. Jalsa Urubshurow ranked among a number of employees with the company that were recognized for dedication and system/procedure implementation in a high production environment. The NAHB has also honored Jalsa Urubshurow’s work with All•tech Carpentry Contractors by naming the firm as the first United States Certified Framing Contractor in 2001, an award that sets the company apart from its competitors. In conjunction with two other framing companies, Jalsa Urubshurow contributed to a comprehensive set of quality assurance procedures as a basis for an international certification program guide entitled “A Quality Assurance System for Wood Framing Contractors.”
