Technical Sales and Support Rep
-Provide a resource for remote and onsite end-users to receive support and maintenance within the organization's computing environment.
-Screen, refer and diagnose internal inquiries and work requests as they relate to the maintenance of personal computers, mobile devices and related resources.
-Prepare incident tickets, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, assist in identifying network problems and escalate to a higher level of support within the organization.
-Troubleshoot problems in person or remotely in a timely and accurate fashion.
