CES Marketing Intern
·Planned, organized and facilitated all aspects of the 2009 International CES Exhibitor Workshop, which included management of budget, working with outside vendors and coordination with various departments such as sales, operations, market research, web and communications. The event was held in Las Vegas, NV, on October 22, 2008 which was attended by more than 65 CES exhibitors which was a 20% increase over the previous year’s event.
·Managed production schedule of specific marketing projects to include design, development of copy, print process and delivery.
·Created the design template, a series of electronic direct mailings and contributed to programming for the 2009 Greener Gadgets Conference, held on February 27, 2009 in New York City.
·Coordinated with all departments within CEA on the editing, design and production of all flyers for use on-site at the 2009 International CES.
·Researched and developed a detailed document on airline and flight fares affecting travel to the 2009 International CES, for both domestic and international travel.
·Gathered items from staff and prepared monthly Target Reports for the CES Marketing department, highlighting achievements from the past month, and noting important projects coming up in the following month.
·In the absence of the Production Coordinator, handled all aspects of this position which included logging of all jobs, assigning to a designer and then following up with various departments.
·Assist the Exhibitor Marketing Manager in the development of sales tools.
