Product development & Customer Value Management –
- Complete ownership of Product/Portfolio. This includes owning the product vision, speaking to customers, defining user stories and acceptance criteria and creating wireframes.
- Translate business issues into marketing problems and find solutions through high quality consumer & market research with Consumer Understanding & technology Understanding.
- Partner with the other business leaders to define and drive substantial parts of the customer experience for the respective categories.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. Working on Product, Pricing, Placement and Promotion.
- GTM Planning with Roadmap & Strategy for launching Key Product & services for the circle including covering networks/Sales & distribution/product & service strategy.
- Ensure tariff structure, new products launches, execution of marketing campaigns, Strategies & different programs to meet Revenue and DATA REC (Revenue Earning Customers) Net add targets.
- Focus on the customer – Proactively identify customer service issues and constantly introduce innovative solutions for both internal and external customers to bring delight.
- Continuous monitoring of market dynamics, competition analysis, market and customer insights and enhance the offering to make it competitive. End to end ownership of product/portfolio.
Revenue Planning & Budgeting –
- Develop circle strategy to meet Revenue and EBITDA targets, ensure to maintain DATA & Content Rev Market Share.
- P&L Management - responsible for revenues, customer growth, managing profitability & Net revenue.
- AOP Planning, Budgeting, revenue targeting and achievement, strategy building and implementation.
- Led end to end product development & marketing mix in coordination with Commercial, Legal, Regulatory, IT & IN.
Revenue Enhancement & Campaign Management –
- Responsible for driving IRMS (incremental revenue market share) thru usage, revenue enhancement and penetration of products – Mobile DATA 3G/4G & Devices, Mobile Content, Music, Movies, Mobile APP, Tariff Vouchers.
- Ensuring complete PLC – Product Life Cycle Management & CLM –Customer Life Cycle Management by segmenting & profiling the customer base so as to increase Customer usage & Building stickiness.
- Driving demand for DATA 3G, Content Music, Digital content etc by designing and executing all U&R campaigns – Handholding, Dip in usage, up gradation, Churn reduction, Win Back Offer etc.
- Campaign management – driving penetration, engagement & Usage by designing customer campaign based on the Consumer insights.
