RMD-Zen Phone Distribution Management:-
- Responsible for overall sales targets including units sell thru and market share in India.
- Distributor recruitment together with branch office across regions in India.
- Monitoring Distributor/Sales team, ensuring efficiency and meeting individual goals.
- Work with branch office to set up WOD increase schedule (weekly target, quarterly target)
- Daily operation with Distributor to track WOD increase target.
- Make partner(Distributor, dealer) understand ASUS strategy VS competitors.
- Ensure that the HO team gets quality reports on time with authenticated data from RMD.
- Planning National distributor stocks for Zenphone, Zenpad, Asus Accessories.
- New Product Placement Planning & Execution - ND,RMD & T3 wise
POSM Deployment Management: Work closely with Marketing & Logistic team on Allocation and deployment of POSM and Track Execution.
ISP Management: Responsible for overall ISP Management Operations.
- Monitor Branch Head Count
- Monitor ISP Performance Branch wise
- ISP Performance Management
- ISP Incentive & Star Club Calculation
- ISP Data Analysis and Reporting
PJP(Permanent Journey Plan) : Responsible for overall Operations.
- Monthly Planning
- T3 Wise Target Planning
- Monthly Visit Plan by Sales Team
- Status report on Visits by sales Team
- Ensures every CSE visits 45 Counters and TM Visits 30 Counters in a Week.
Weekly Control Table Analysis.
Channel Map: Compilation & Analysis of Channel MAP.
Sales Team : Target Allocation VS Tracking and Analysis.
Managing Refurbished Product Sell out and Liquidate Ageing Inventories.
