ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES in brief:

RECRUITMENT

  • Manpower planning for every month after completion of the pay sheet and co-coordinating with the man power planning reports.
  • End to End Recruitment process [Hands on Experience on Job Portals i.e., Naukri with Sourcing Methodologies, Screening, Short-listing and work with our recruitment team].
  • Complete handling of pre and post recruitment process includes sourcing & screening resumes, conducting recruitment, scheduling & interviewing candidates, discussing offer & issuing offer letter, fixing the grades, making of salary fitment and handling joining formalities.
  • Providing the HRIS reports and maintaining the total HRIS database over 1000 employees.
  • Calculation of Attrition rate for every three months & Handling the Attrition issues in various departments by taking the proper guidelines from the superiors.

EMPLOYEE RELATIONS

  • Acted as liaison between union employees and management. Analysed and resolved personnel grievances.
  • Issuing Show-Cause notices and Warning Letters for negligence and absenteeism based on the Industrial standing orders.
  • Total participation in the disciplinary proceedings from the advice letter to Enquiry proceedings.
  • Calculating of Subsistence allowance for the suspended employees.
  • Counsel the employees and boost their self-confidence to reduce the disputes.

APPRAISAL SYSTEM & PAYROLL MANAGEMENT

  • The total appraisal system of all the 1200 employees in our branch will be cleared up by Charting out promotions, and salary increments etc., based on employee performance.
  • Looking after the Payroll of all the employees (Over 1200).
  • Coordinating with the payroll programming department.
  • Generating pay structure for new employees.
  • Handling over the payroll grievances.
  • Calculating Minimum Wages for contract & casual labours and its Verification.
  • Cross checking of the due & Increment approvals every month.
  • Finally verifying the main pay sheet and finding out the corrections any required.
  • Responsible in handling relieving procedures which include doing the full and final settlements, issue of relieving letters to the employees including all retirement benefits and conducting the exit interviews.

STATUTORY COMPLIANCE

  • Have wide knowledge in statutory acts, rules, procedures, etc.
  • Generating the PF & ESI returns and challans of all the employees.
  • Having the Best command on AP Shops and Establishments act along with the Factories act.
  • Knowledge on the various statutory acts.
  • In addition to that functioned in calculation of bonus every year, gratuity, calculation of earned leaves, Workmen compensation for the employees exempted from ESI etc.

TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT

  • Conducting external training and development programs, leadership principles and employee relations for human resources department.
  • Implementing training effectively by coordinating various departments.
  • Evaluating training effectiveness & Assessing performance after training.

(Knowledge on the various improvement philosophies gained the most response in various countries which includes 5S, Kaizen, Mottanai, Lean and Muda.)
