Texas entrepreneur and businessman Jadon Newman founded Streamline Funding, a private real estate lending firm, in 2002. Finding success in the real estate loan sector, Jadon Newman established the real estate management and asset management company Noble Capital, soon after. Managing all operations as the company’s Chief Executive Officer, Newman built Noble Capital into a company staffing more than 30 employees and maintaining a $40 million portfolio. In light of demanding economic circumstances, Newman readjusted his firm’s focus to its original sector of fundamental private lending. Through his years of experience in the real estate field, Jadon Newman has joined numerous professional organizations to bolster his knowledge and networking opportunities. He is a member of the Certified Commercial Investment Member Institute (CCIM), Society of Certified Senior Advisors (CSA), and the Texas Department of Insurance. Jadon Newman also holds membership with prominent real estate associations, including the Central Texas Commercial Association of REALTORS (CTCAR), the National Association of REALTORS (NAR), Texas Real Estate Commission, and the Institute of Real Estate Management. Offering his time and knowledge to local communities as well, Newman is a member of the Cedar Park Chamber of Commerce and the Lago Vista & Jonestown Area Chamber of Commerce. Outside of his professional responsibilities, Jadon Newman enjoys spending time outdoors, coaching youth sports, and reading. Taking pleasure in hunting, camping, fishing, and a variety of water sports, Newman also is an avid snowboarder. He coaches youth baseball, basketball, and football, passing his sports skills and knowledge down to young athletes enrolled at the i9 Sports Corporation in Austin, Texas. Jadon Newman enjoys reading the works of Joel Osteen, Rick Warren, John Maxwell, David Ferguson, and Patrick Lencioni.
