• Development and control of engineering risk control services such as scheduled plant inspections, infrared inspection services and environmental impact audits.

• Negotiation and allocation of diverse risk coverage programs, including patrimonial programs (Property, Marine Cargo, Third Party Liability, D&O, Political Risks, etc.) as well personnel (life and health). Direct contact and relation with mayor international brokers (WILLIS, AON, MARSH) and/or insurance and reinsurance companies (SWISS RE, MUNICH RE, SCOR, AIG, CIGNA, ZURICH, etc.)

• Development of alternative risk financial solutions, including the creation and management of captive insurance companies offshore (Bermuda & Cayman Islands) and third party administered plans (TPA) for healthcare & fringe benefits of the company 

• In house consultant and advisor for the Executive Compensation and Benefits area (Human Resources).

• Design and implementation of diverse compensations & benefits programs, including flexible benefits plans.

• Design and management of diverse benefit plans in the areas of life and health, as well other fringe benefits such as company car, medical expenses, etc.

• Design and management of Executive Compensation Plans, including the design, implementation and administration of Stock options Plans and other interesting fringe benefits.

• Integral Management of the human resources for the corporate staff of the company (120 people), including selection, hiring, development, payroll, etc.

• Active member of the company Human Resources Committee, in conjunction with the Human Resources Directors of each sectorial divisions of the holding (5).

• Development of the company compensation practices and strategies, as a result of legal changes or salary market periodical surveys.

• Direct relationship with mayor Human Resources Consultancy firms, such as HAY, Towers Perrin or Mercer.

• Responsibile for the development and training of Job Valuation Committees along the company using the HAY® System.

• Design and implementation of the company Performance Appraisal System, adapted to the HAY Job Evaluation System-
• Design of technical job profiles for the maintenance and operations areas of the company using the HAY Job Evaluation System.

Comprenhensive curse (12 months) in all the mayor management areas of any company: Human Resources, General Management, Marketing, Sales, Production, Finance, etc.

It included practical group simulations in different management situations, with special emphasis in the decision making process and problem solving required.
