·Developed HR shared services strategy for right placement of resources (on/near offshore model) for 2009.
·Coordinated a global team of five senior executives to develop a HR shared services standard operating model.
·Coordinated major HR automation initiatives & design with HR business partners to remove manual processes.
·Coordinated regional HR projects which were focused on metrics, spans & layers and HR job field standards.
·Managed the risk and control, finance and project management office teams for the EMEA region.
·Managed CES finances (annual budget of $38M), controlled resourcing and planned nine 2009 country budgets.
·Coordinated the audit of the HR Shared services operations across six different countries.
·Liaised between country managers and technical teams to implement HR systems in Russia and Turkey.
